All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery Times & Shipping Costs
Australian Orders:
  • Enjoy free standard shipping Australia-wide! Standard shipping takes between 3-9 business days.
  • We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $11.95. Express shipping takes between 1-3 business days. Regional areas outside the express post network may take 3-5 business days.
  • All orders ship with Australia Post.
  • All shipping is fully trackable.
International Orders:
  • All standard international orders have a flat shipping fee of $19.95. Delivery times vary depending on the country.
  • Express shipping currently unavailable.
  • All international orders may incur custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer. 
  • All orders ship with Australia Post.
  • All shipping is fully trackable.
  • Some countries aren’t currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will contact you and provide you with a refund if we are unable to deliver to your location due to restrictions.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Due to COVID-19 we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Each FabCurler is created to the highest standards and meticulously inspected. But, if your FabCurler is defective or damaged on arrival, we will offer you full replacement or full refund including postage/shipping.
